Hiking is a fabulous way to explore your world, get a little exercise, and have an adventure. We’re finding neverending tales from the trails, and even Imagination On The Trails.

From the day that I brought my eldest home from the hospital, I’ve been a homeschool educator. And, when my daughter entered Kindergarten at the local public school, I was already supplementing her education. Howevever, it wasn’t until last year, when my daughter entered middle school and my son moved up to 2nd Grade, that I became a full-time homeshool instructor to my son. In recent years, my “family” has expanded to include the girls and boys in our Girl Scouts troop and Cub Scouts den. Recently, while the girls transitioned into middle school, the Girl Scout experience was totally revamped to focus on building leadership skills. And, our troop is capitalizing on these opportunities, using the wired world, on Teen Level Girl Scouts: Our Virtual Pathway.
