		<description>Yes, and since we have first hand experience seeing what can happen, we should be insisting on helmets. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Okay, I&#039;m convinced.  I&#039;ll just have to start enforcing the no helmet, no sledding rule.</description>

		<description>Good advice from AAP - Sledding feet first or sitting up, instead of lying down head-first, may prevent head injuries - it didn&#039;t so wear a helmet!&lt;br/&gt;Consider having your child wear a helmet while sledding - yes, should be mandatory!!&lt;br/&gt;Use steerable sleds, not snow disks or inner tubes - can&#039;t agree more!!!&lt;br/&gt;Sled slopes should be free of obstructions like trees or fences, be covered in snow not ice, not be too steep (slope of less than 30º), and end with a flat runoff - somehow she found a tree at Frear Park!!!!&lt;br/&gt;Avoid sledding in crowded areas - did I mention Frear Park!!!!!</description>
